Conditions of participation for AntePAY competition


The lottery is organized by DSCnet AG, Oberneuhofstrasse 3, 6340 Baar (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”) through the website
By participating in the competition, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “participant”) accepts these conditions of participation.

Eligibility to participate


Any natural person who is at least 18 years old and resident in Switzerland is eligible to participate. In order to process the winnings, truthful personal data including the actual name and residential address as well as the e-mail address and telephone number of the participant are required. The use of identities that are fake or assigned to third parties is not permitted.



The competition is open to anyone who buys an AntePAY card of any value on the website. For each AntePAY Card purchased, the participant obtains one individual participation in the lottery.
The purchase of several AntePAY Cards results in multiple opportunities to participate and thus increases the chances of winning.


Duration of the competition


The competition will be held between March 19 and April 9, 2020.


Date of the prize draw


The prize draw will take place on April 16, 2020.




OLED television (139 cm, 55 inch, 4K Ultra HD) from Panasonic worth CHF 2,499.


Exclusion of participation


Employees of the organizer and all persons involved in the conception and realization of the competition are excluded from participation. Raffle clubs and automated raffle services are not eligible to participate. The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, attempted manipulation, unauthorized aids, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action.

In such cases, the organizer is entitled to confiscate or reclaim already distributed winnings.


Determination of winners and notification of winners

The winner will be drawn by the organizer randomly from among all participants. The winner will then be informed by e-mail. Subsequently, the winner must send the organizer their complete mailing address. The winner is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. If a winner does not respond within two weeks of the above-mentioned notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The same applies if the contact details provided by a winner are incorrect and it becomes impossible to send the prize.


Distribution of the prize


The prize will be sent to the winner. A cash payment, a change, or an exchange of the prize is excluded. In justified cases, the organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with other equivalent prizes.

All operating, ancillary, and follow-up costs incurred along with the prize or its receipt or use shall be borne by the participant.


Data protection information

All personal data obtained in the course of this competition will be collected and processed in compliance and in accordance with the applicable provisions of data protection law. Data will be passed on to third parties exclusively and only in the event that this is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from this competition, in particular to notify and/or send the prize. You have the right to object to the processing at any time.

Liability / legal information


The organizer excludes liability, with the exception of intent and gross negligence, and liability for auxiliary persons in full.

In particular, the organizer is released from all obligations upon delivery or mailing of the prize to the winner. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage to the prize while in transit by mail and caused by circumstances beyond its control. The organizer of the competition shall not be liable for legal and/or material defects of the prize.

No specific availability of the lottery is guaranteed. In particular, unforeseeable technical problems and maintenance work can lead to downtimes and delays.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the lottery; legal action is excluded.


Subject to alterations


The organizer is entitled to adjust, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice and without stating reasons if for technical, legal, or other reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. This applies in particular in the event of hardware and/or software failure, program errors, computer viruses or in the event of misuse/abuse attempts through manipulation while the competition is being carried out. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to change these conditions of participation at any time.


Applicable law and place of jurisdiction


These conditions of participation are subject to Swiss law. For all disputes that may arise in connection with these conditions of participation, the courts at the seat of the organizer have exclusive jurisdiction.
